Under the rain, we’ve danced a thousand times over,
but nothing’s more worth remembering than the one we had on the 30th of October.
In a room dressed in pink, brown and white,
we stood in the middle, facing one another,
holding on to each other,
tighter than ever.
The lights dimmed,
and the first beat of the music got the crowd on their feet.
We danced and sang along,
at the back of our minds,
the world is watching,
but who cares?
This moment is ours to own.
The world can melt as it looks on.
